  2. Hey guys, i recently moved the LEV to station 2 in place of the HAZMAT rig. Everything works fine up until the LEV returns to the station. It will arrive at the rear door and instead of opening i get a message that states "(_LaFireStation8cb4):Error: Symbol OBJ_Light_Equipment_Truck is not defined in the current scope". then i get three choices to choose from, either i can abort(end the game), retry, or ignore. I retried and i got a diffrent message that said there was an error in the 2003 line of the LaFireStation script. i hit retry again and i got a message saying something involving a dictionary rewound. i click retry again and it says error recovered and it returns to the game with the LEV pulling into the station without the door opening. the ff/pm get out and i go through the error message process one more time and then all is good until the LEV returns again. ive gone over the LaFireStation script for 3 hours now and i am stumped if anyone could help me out, it would be much appraiacted, Thanks! ps it wont let me attach my file to share so i will repost with just the file if requested tested it again except i retuned the engine in station two to quarters and the same message appeared saying that the OBJ_light_equipment_truck is not defined in scope and none of the rear doors will open at station two if anyone might know what i have done wrong please let me know so i can fix this problem
  3. helljumper, if youd like i could create the dispatch tones like how shane's sub mod has it, i wouldn't know how to place them in separte stations, but i could make the tones for you, any questions just pm me!
  4. sounds like a great mod! idk if this is possible but i never really liked the whole idea of the FD units pulling in the rear of the station, imo i think it would be more realistic if the engines backed into quarters. idk if LAFD pull into the rear or not? and if possible on the control pannel maybe have the option of opening doors seperatly instead of all 4 opening at once? just a couple of thoughts to be expanded on but in all looks like its going to be a great mod keep up the good work!
  5. Explorer, seeing your moving Quint 9 into the tower's spot are you going to make it possible for us to change the tiller to a tower like you can in the origonal mod? thanks! ps keep up the terrific work

  8. why have it inactive? if it didnt take so much effort maybe make it so the men for the SWR and the HR crane come out of there and maybe even the first ALS ambulance seeing the doors to the station open when the alarms activated on game start? just a thought, like i said idk how much effort it would take and wut all you would have to do
  9. Xplorer, i have to say im very impressed with your work on this mod! keep up the good work! i have two questions if you dont mind answering, if you could rate your progress by %s how far do you think you are and were you able to make Quint 9 a functional quint?
  10. i like the idea for the hazmat and i compeletly agree with you about the few rare haz calls that do arise and randomperson139 is right sept i think only 2 engines would run not three would be better
  11. idk thats the thing it says that i have to reinstall everything i moved the folders to the la mod folder and nothing changed then i tried to put them in the application and it said that it was installing it and overwriting the old version and still nothing happened to the game..so idk..
  12. okay so i downloaded the files do i paste them to the mod itself or just the folder? b/c if i paste them to the mod itself i have to reinstill everything??
