Nar PM me And I agree it looks more european, IMO caprice's and Crown Vic's are the heart and soul of any US police force it's a shame they're being pushed out

seriously, USING CAPS DOES NOT MAKE ME ANSWER ANY FASTER, and just copy and paste the files into the Los Angleles mod folder in your directory. Or just wait for v2 with installer.

Well your not a beta tester, so I dunno which version you have 'tested' so I cannot comment.

Yeah I will do keep up the good work, I need to get you on MSN asap to tell you exactly what I need Bat. Chief, why whats your mod? Also, the forums seem pretty quiet so I'll just update you with whats happening: -Lights still under work -Reworking most FDNY trucks to make them look more realistic. -I'm also thinking about creating a second optional map, based off w00ds map, what do people think about that idea?

The recent screens showengines more detailed than the ones on the first post, will they be replacing or is it just a few will look better or what?

If the author gives permission e.g Nnico has done, you can use his stuff, but must credit him in both the topic and readme if it is released, if you have used something from someone elses mod, they have not given you permission, e.g me, if you download someones mod and use their work you must contact them unless the author has stated you can use them in any mod, even so still best to check as I did.

Well the installer works for some, if it doesnt for you, justopen the resources folder and its all there anyway. As for progress, bit of a step back in progress, the engine Lacity... made is badly messed up in zmod so it would either need UV mapping from scratch or just re editing, regardless, I will not be releasing version 2.1 until I'm satisfied with the FDNY, sorry guys but I don't wanna just release some nasty reskins of the LA mod, I'm approaching some guys from other mods who have already made engines (closed or old topics ofc) and offering them some sort of partnership but no look so far. So be on the look out for anyone willing to donate a seagrave, or someone who can help me out with a bit of modeling, (its not even that much needs editing). Hope this update is enough to explain to you where I am at and keep you eager Dyson x

Yeah sweet idea, I was thinking of something similar haha, no what I do is, I think 'hmm that looks okay' then head over to the NY mod, look at it in comparison, do a whole load more work on it

Well, the engines should be done by weekend, then editing other trucks wil take another week, by which time the lights should be done, then beta testing which wil take about 4 days, so sorry Dyson x

It's just freeplay for now, no events, other than structure fire obvs haha, but yeah, missions will be in later versions, I'm looking for people with skills in creating missions to join the team

V2 is practically done, all that remains, is satisfying FDNY engines (in progress) and lights (also in progress) so estimating release to be about 2 weeks max
