Download and extract the .rar file. then go to you're C:/program files/Sixteen Tons Entertainment/Emergency 4/Mods/NYC Mod 1.01/prototypes/vehicles. Then paste the 4 files that you extracted into the vehicles folder. Yes, however, I can't start a new topic in the correct forum
