Alright besties. We're moving again. After a long long time of wading and wallowing in a lake of indeceison, my ass has been whooped into shape and some meaningful progress has been made with the team. We finally decided on a map area! 1:1 maps are hard but composite maps are hard too. After flip flopping between a dozen different ideas since the thread began, we finally decided to create a fictionalized, scaled, representation of the northeast section of Harlem, centering around the NYPD's 25th Precinct. By finally finding an area to focus on, we've unjammed the creative block we've all been suffering by trying to focus on so much to make. Now, we have specific, clear goals for what we're including, and with that we can move forward at an accelerated pace. So, to contradict my previous statement, expect some more screenshots and overall a lot more activity on the thread.1 point
