Because there is no existing animation plugin compatible with .v3o files, animations need to be created manually for .v3o files for Emergency 4. This workbook has a few tools which should make it easier and faster to create animations. There are still things that need to be done manually though. Documentation which explains what to do is included.

Download the following file: Animation Converter v1.2

That's something only Hoppah can answear, besides that I suspect there's a reason for having an animation tool and not a tutorial on how to do something like this manually :)

How would I go about manually animating something? I don't have space on my hard-drive to be putting on things like MS Office..

A simple workbook with 3 sheets to do the calculations will do. It will just take more time and I need to see if I have time to write a tutorial for that. Because without my workbook with buttons it's even more complicated.

Hello. I am COMPLETELY new to modding and I just want to play around with a few things to just get the basics down and what not. My first question is, what program would you use to COMPLETELY make a new model of a vehicle and give it your own look and what not. Would it be in a 3D editor program, or is there a way you can just do it all in the 911 First Responders Editor? Any and all answers are deeply appreciated
