    After a long consideration between Goog and I, we have reached a mutual agreement to end our collaboration on "The Red Watch" or also known as, "The RCMP" modification for Emergency 4. We love the concept and dedicated 6 year's worth of our passion and creativity for the EM4 community, but sometime things pan out differently than expected as mod development have so many layers of complexity. This is isn't the result of any one thing, but the end of a long campaign - especially since we know many of our fans were looking forward to this modification as much as we were. But, this is not the end for Goog & I. We will keep working hard to meet your expectations, and hope to deliver the same craftsmanship seen in the RCMP modification to our other project, "L.A Mod units upgrade Sub-mod 3.0." We are very sorry to everyone who was looking forward to this project. Sincerely, C.F.D

    i cant even download it I know how to download other mods because I already have them, like the London mod or LA mod, but when I cant get mod installer to download it because it just wont see it any way you could help?

    So I decided to drop back here after discovering 911 FR on Steam and reliving the nostalgia... And I find this?! I'm very very excited and can't wait for this to come out! This will definitely rekindle my old love for this game, it's very nice to still see an active modding community after all these years. Great job guys, the units look amazing! I love the detail on the skins and that USAR model is just awesome!

    This is a modification for Emergency 4/911: FR which includes a representation of thecity of New York and all subsequent apparatus and personnel. The modification is designed towork within the original framework of the game while adding new functions and features tomake the game more realistic while preserving the strategy aspect of the original game play.This mod features about 50 new vehicles all of which have some special purpose in mindrequiring you to take the time to think about what it is you’ll need to send to address thesituation at hand. Currently there is a functional but unsupported Multi?player mode, we donot support this feature at this time as we’ve not tested this extensively enough to guaranteethat it is bug-free It does support MP function though.
