They're in the Wuppertal mod, which isn't released yet. Wuppertal modifikationen is a mod group that creates vaious mods. One of them is the RTS mod, another one is the Wuppertal mod.The HLF is in the RTS mod, but you cannot control it. Because in that mod you can only control ambulances. How do you know???They Needed A Patch Or Something Made For The Game To Make There Stuff Work. But Sixteen Tons Said No Or Something Like That.. So They Cancelled The Mod. Unfortunately.
