Xplorer4x4
My new PC runs windows 7, and everytime I start up the game it goes to a black screen for 5 seconds, then CTD's. ?? Specs :Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit3.00 Ghz (Intel Pentium) 1.28 GB Ram (soon to be upgraded)Direct X 11Thanks in advanceFirst off its a Pentium 4 and secondly you have 1.25 GB, not 1.28. Do me a favor and google CPU-Z, post the results here. And its worthless mentioning DX11 unless you have video card actually capable of using DX11. Xplorer4x4
Taking a look in his DXDIAG file would have helped...I did but it was 2:30 AM. I was bit on the tired side. Thats not what I wanted a cpu-z report for anyways. I was curious about his RAM set up, but i cant recall how the old P4 utilized memory off hand, but I could have sworn it utilized it in the same configuration manners as a Core2* cpu or Core i* cpu. Stan
Was quite wondered too, but since the GPU uses some RAM I suspect this si why it's such a strange number
