Problems with missing models isnt fixing by reinstalling game or mod

I reinstalled the game and mod and even deleted the wizard works folder and it contents but when I edited the map after reinstalling the mod the map stays the way I edited....

Use the search function of your PC to search for the files freeplay.dds, freeplay.e4m and freeplay.eft. (in case you have EM4 deluxe also search for dfreeplay.dds, dfreeplay.e4m and dfreeplay.eft). See if you might have copied them somewhere else on your PC (temporary folders).

Also try emptying your carbage bin, delete your browsers caché and redownload the mod before you reinstall it.

Have you installed Project Reality Lights? Its a known bug.
