What is the name of the folder?Here you go:Then go to this folder: Emergency 4\Mods\WEM60\Specs and open the file metastrings.xml in notepad. Change all the 'de' into 'en' and save the file. Ba Unit. Heavy Rescue. Control Unit. Flood Unit. MAN TGM New Dimensions Prime Mover To.4 Retained Stations. 2 With 1 Fire Engine.1 With A Fir Engine And Water Carrier1 With 2 Fire Engines.The Control Room In The Full Time Station Will Be Able To Alert Retained Crews. They Will Drive And Park Up And Will Respond With In 5 Minutes Game Time. If Its A Crash You Pick The Cutting Gear Icon And It Will Alert Full Time Aswell To The Scene Or 2 Retained Its Your Choice.Retained Crews Will Need To Do Some Training Or You Can Do A Little Drill.There Will Be A Few Sirens.
