Car accidents: Maybe a big crash on a motorway or something like that. Then you would have to close the road and you could have a time limit to open at least one lane of the road. And crashes i thot of a lorry trailer detaching and hitting a car and the road gts shut for 6 hours if there is a fetality and stuff.
