randomperson139 Posted December 2, 2009 Report Share Posted December 2, 2009 If you have EM4 Deluxe and you just click continue when you have the choice to select the map then it will be the deluxe map and you will get the deluxe events. If you click normal when you can select which map to play on then it will be the LA Mod map.When I play the LA Mod with the deluxe map I get those events. randomperson139 Posted December 2, 2009 Report Share Posted December 2, 2009 For traffic jams you have to send Police units to redirect the traffic and redirect/move whatever is causing the problem. For the missing person event you have to send some dog units to look for the person, you need a paramedic to see if the person is dead and then you need an FBI unit/ Police negotiator to check the victim if dead.
