Steps for cool rotating lights:

1) Open the editor

2) Open the LA Mod

3) Using the scene box (box or window that has objects, vehicles, persons, and houses) open the unit you want to edit

4) Click edit in the scene window

5) A new window will then open up, in that window click on edit lights

6) Find all the lights in the light editor that are rotating

7) For the flash Frequency all the lights should be 2.00

8) Click on the x box under then Cap Intensity if letters in those arrows are bolded

9) Click okay

10) Click okay on the Prototype window

Enjoy!!!!!

Just in case,

If your game is 911 first responders Do what PoliceMad Said

Start Menu > All Programs > Wizard Works > Editor program

If your game is EM4 Original / Deluxe (Like mine)

Start Menu > All Programs > Sixteen Tons Entertainment > Editor Program
