The problem is trying to get it on top of the vehicle. I can move it nearer or farther(horizontally), I can even spin the light bar, but I cant move it vertically to get it on top of a vehicle. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U_llQKaj9bIWhat am I doing wrong?
