HELP!

Hi,

i went out and bought EM4 on friday, to find that the same problem as with EM3 is occuring, i get to the end of the intro movie, then i here the background music for the menu but then i get this sreen (See Error Message Attatchment) and then it crashes back to desktop. i have attached my logfile, Can Somebody HELP!!!!

Well you're also getting the same errors again. So something has to be wrong with either your video drivers or with the codec software (K-lite, mobile phones etc.) on your PC.

Something you might also want to try: disable your firewall, I had the same error with SWAT 4 and when I disabled my firewall I could play without problems.

You ain't going to play a mod with that, right?

Upload your DXDIAG file

Start => Run (Or Windows + R key) +> DXDIAG => Enter

EDIT: Seeing the onboard graphic system I even think it might never run on it ;)

Please perform a Graphic driver update

http://www.sis.com/

Click Support (on the top)

Click Driver download (on the left)

Click the case then Click I Agree

Slect Windows XP, IGP Graphics Drivers and SiS66x/SiS76x & SiS67x

Select your location and click download

Uninstall the old drivers

Reboot

Install the new drivers

EDIT:

The drivers name to uninstall should be: SiS Mirage 3 Graphics

Hi,

Tried that but still getting the same problem here is the up to date DXDIAG File and logfile.

any other ideas anyone?
