Now that I have my gaming laptop I downloaded it again through steam. I noticed when I play free play even by default there is a FPS drop. I normally play on high but I lowered it down and the same problem kept happening no matter what the graphics are at. I tried using a mod welfordshire but that made the FPS drop even worst.
