I dont remeber the name or anything all I remeber was it was big, there was a Road Works area where there was traficlights and a peice of the road shortend to one lane. randomperson139 Posted January 27, 2015 Report Share Posted January 27, 2015 The only mod that comes to mid when you mention the random spawning is the NYC Mod by Hoppah, Mikey and NFK. I might try to learn how to make my own mods in EM5 as the patches get released and make my own mod.
