Mayberry County 1.3 Mod Crash Issue

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

A day or so ago, Mayberry Mod v1.3 was released. I downloaded the mod and installed it in the Mods folder. (I deleted v1.2). When in game, I go to the modifications list and attempt to load the Mayberry Mod. It attempts to load it, (like any other mod), but after about 10-15 seconds, it crashes.

I deleted the mod, and reinstalled it. Crashes. I redownloaded the mod and tryed again. Crashes. I redownloaded via Firefox instead of Chrome. Crashes.

Yes, I am able to load other mods such as the Manchester Mod,  London Mod, and LA Mod. Only the Mayberry Mod is giving me issues.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you open the folder that says Mayberry Mod there should be another folder named Mayberry 1.3CLAN. That's the one you want to extract to your mods folder. I had the same issue and I put the one that says CLAN in the mods folder and it's good as new. Also delete all older versions of Mayberry you have.

did u make sure the mod folder didnt have another on inside of it???

If you mean the Mod folder in the EM4 directory, I have multiple mods installed, but the Mayberry Mod was the mod itself.

Yes, I saw what you mean, and it still does crash for me.

From the admin at Boston mod guys gaming "yeah, that was one of the major bug people were having. It either works or it doesn't. We were unable to tell where the issue is with 1.3, but so far 1.4 does not have that issue. I will put out a patch in the coming days to fix it."

Thank you! At least I know that they are working to fix it. Appreciate it!

I just attempted to download the Multiplayer version, and this keeps happening:

First: http://gyazo.com/8b7fd726edd2837df9d7e957eb2ac886

Then: http://gyazo.com/f1622d72059fb657965404d09253cf60

Well that a mega download issue. I ended up making an account and importing mods the downloading never get issues when I do that.

If your Single player version crashes on Startup,

It's the MCC1 model that causes it, I replaced it with a copy of MCC2 and it works like a charm, for me anyways

Alex, I freaken love you! I love you! I love you! I love your EM4 videos. I love your Arma series! I love your LCPDFR series!

The SP version now works for me! Thank you very much!!

FIX: (So people know exactly what I did)

Go to 911-FirstResponders/Mods/MayberryMod v1.3/Models/Vehicles/02Fire.

Open "MCC1". Delete the files inside it.

Open "MCC2" Copy all the files inside it.

Go back to "MCC1" and Paste all the files inside it.

Enjoy! Thank you Alex!!
