ok, just so we have more of a general ideal of what is going on with his game, i had him show me exactly what he did, the game installs fine on his system, it runs til after the opening video, after that the screen go's black and a little white cursor pops up and then when he hits any keys it crashs back to his desktop and that "em3 has caused a error in vision71.dll" error pops up,

hi,

Sorry, i meant the emergency 3 logile in /emergency 3/

And i would suggest to post his pc information (cpu, graphiccard, ram,...) and he might try to update the drivers, as 2005 is two years ago ;)

quite strange one, not even an error, just in middle of the log, out & over

Some other thing that came to my mind: try to launch the game withotu antivirus & firewall, both off and shutdown. If this dont help ill upload my vision.dll so he can try to replace it maybe it will work :)

I'm sorry, but I'm really out of ideas about this, I cant even test it on ME because I only have 98 & XP at home lol

I would suggest you contact Sixteen Tons:

support-international (at) sixteen-tons.com

replace the " (at) " by "@"

I more think the graphic card is not supported due to the very old drivers, but since there's no new one for that card thats a problem again.

1.2 GHz processor OK

500 MB ram OK

37.2 GB fre HD space OK

Nvidia GeForce FX 5500 It should be supported but I'm not really sure about that one

EDIT: Maybe the omega drievrs help:
