i need a few information about modding

 

i have 3 target for my mod:

 

1.Change Vehicles

this step is complete

but i need a few information about equipments and what must do for a complete model

 

2.Change Voices (0%)

for Voices what must do ? first make sounds and after it?

 

 

3.Make Map

and about map making

anyone can give me a few information about mapping?

In regards to map making, I really wouldn't advise doing that first off. Seriously, that stuff is the most complicated part, not to mention most time consuming. Work with a map that's already been released and done, and you'll save yourself a tonne of headaches in the future. You've gotta understand textures, calls, scripts, Virtual objects, triggers, traffic, streets and more to get a successful map working
