Convert it to a .3ds file and then use a Registered version of Zmodeler2 to import the .3ds file and save it as a .v3o file. Then follow Hoppah's tutorial on adding models to the game. I would link you to the tutorial about getting sketch up files into v3o, but its pointless. Ami wasnt kidding when he said sketch up models arent meant for EM4, so you might as well forget it.
