EM 4 Crashes to Desktop in Freeplay and Missions

My game crashes to my desktop without any type of error message I'm using windows 7 but this also happened in vista. It typically does it when there is a large fire going on but sometimes it does it randomly. I tried updating my video card and that didnt do anything. I also tried do the fix in the lamod FAQ's which suggested going into my em4.cfg and to find 'var name':"e4_doocclusion" and changing the value to: "0" but that did nothing. My log file is attached below. Any help would be great.

Does it only happen when you play a mod or also in the normal game?

Did you changed anything to the game/mod?

I'm not sure if my driver is updated I went into the device manager and tried to update it that way and it says its fine. Although I did just reinstall the device back in Jan. when I got windows 7. The installation went perfectly fine. I'm not sure about the normal game all I play is the mod and the only thing I've tried fixing is the line I mentioned above.

But I did a little searching around and I thought I saw something about how they aren't making any more updates for my video card. Do they stop doing that after 3years?
