  1. CO19(or SO19) is the Met Police firearms section. As far as I know they use HK MP5's, which are single shot or semi automatic only. I think they also use a version of the HK G36 and a version of the HK G3.

    Someone said Heckler&Koch ended the production of MP5s. I suppose you wouldn't just throw out equipment just because production has ended, or has it just not ended? Anyway, info page on CO19:

  2. Can you make it so that the default weapon for Armed Police is an SMG (I don't know what they use, they look like H&K MP5s with scopes/sights on them, but H&K have discontinued the MP5 so ...). Also, not only should the cop be able to arrest people with it, but the player should be able to aim with it and fire. If you could do that, that would be great. This way, you could play realistically with ease. If the suspect gets ready to shoot then you can quickly aim and get your cops to shoot him dead before he shoots one of yours dead (in Britain, firearms officers pretty much always shoot to kill if they have to shoot at all, because with tasers the person might still be able to fire).

  3. Little idea for you - when someone is declared dead, perhaps you could make it set up a blue tent around the corpse? I saw one of those before down the road, where someone was struck down by a large vehicle when crossing the road (they closed off a whole chunk of Alcester Road for that)

    I think they're generally used to hide places where there is gore, such as cars, but I don't know whether you'd be able to do that as well. Might be worth a try?

    People tend not to look in real life .. without the tent, people would probably stop and stare over the police line. Alot of people just tend to give the tent one or two glances, search the scene for gore/wreckages/chaos, anything unusual, and move on. They don't usually stop anyway. Maybe you could make people just walk on when the corpse has a tent?

  4. I think CO-19 use those BMWs. Also, will there be armoured trucks resistant to bullets? That would be neat! Also, another thing that would make a cool mission would be convoys. There are lots of things to have convoys of in Britain - maybe transporting Trident nuclear warheads (that would be the most interesting, seeing as they use lots of police cars and Army trucks there)? You could also have the US President visiting.

    an after i installed patch 1 i had them to

    so there was such a situation i thought okey you can arrest this guy by using only one police car

    but then i entered the building and there were hostages :lach:

    because this was the first time i faild the mission^^

    so there are still hostage situations and hostages

Hey, I can do a bit of work in Blender, and I'm willing if you are to help out, if it's possible to convert a Blender format into a ZModeller format (which I have doubts about) or export straight from Blender .. I have part of a Subaru Impreza done for a Police Interceptor, if you want (not sure if London has those, think they do though). I'll not post pictures unless you want me to, I don't want to be attention-stealing or anything.

  7. Brilliant, I'm glad there will be modified paths. I hope that this fixes most of the traffic jams, and that the rest are my fault, because then I can play for as long as I want without having to constantly restart Freeplay. That loop bug causes a chain reaction of traffic jams where cars turning onto the road can't get on so they stop in the road and cars on the other side are blocked by them and that makes a huge line blocking all the other cars and your ve-hicles.

    Another little bug I found that annoys me, don't know if you know of it already, Hoppah, but what happens is when you send a firetruck or ambulance back to the Fire Station (or it goes to Hospital and then the Station), upon arrival at the Station, all the crew will hop out and go into the building (unless interfered with), and then it seems I can't get them back. I have to ensure they go behind the fire station and not to it in order to keep the crew. If I do make the mistake of forgetting to interfere, I then have to call them from outside until I next restart Freeplay and get them all back.
