Hmm I don't seem to lag at all when it rains.. But I do get lightening strike calls. -
You get 2 .zip files, Extract them both, Put the map folder inside the other folder, Drop the folder into the mods folder.

Yeah a Tower Ladder has the boom mounted about in the middle of the truck (Mid mount, And a normal ladder has the boom mounted at the rear (Rear mount)
