  1. I'm not skilled to help at all, but keep in mind. If you guys all work together, you could be part of a full mod in EM5. Possibly the first full mod. So, that should be enough motivation to group together with a skinner. I'd recommend group credits though. Instead of picking at what he can't do, you can offer what YOU can do. As long as credit is due, and you guys all work together. Pitch ideas, etc.. Then why not?
  2. Sorry to post an old thread but things are getting more active on the forums. http://forum.emergenycgame.com/
  3. The Dept. I was in used Pagers, Cellphones and the Siren. Our Siren only got turned on when it was a Second call for a Structure Fire. I responded to a call at 2:30 AM and when I got into the station to suit up I heard the siren for the first time and I was like "HOLY GOOD GOD WHAT AM I HEARING?". Once it shut off it dawned on me what the hell I was listening to, lol.
  4. This mod is pretty dang cool. The only thing I don't like is how there aren't any Medics with the Vol. Station over on the bottom right. Is it possible to have a "Medical" tone out? So Medically trained Vols respond? I think that'd be a lot better so there can be more medics around the map.
  5. I'm not the person who is being referred to but I'd like to add somethings to the debate about Jaws and Units. I Volunteered for a small town (Rural area, only like... 400 people occupied it?) we had one station which housed the following units: Engine 37-1-1: Had JAWS and was the First Due Engine on 99% of calls Engine 37-1-2: Older Engine, no longer has JAWS Tanker: Was purely a tanker, no JAWS. Ambulance We also had a Brush truck but that was strictly brush, no tools other than Scott pack and general brush fire stuff you'd need.. Rakes, Shovels, etc, etc. To be honest, the only apparatus that needs JAWS is Rescue and the primary Engine. Typically, on an MVA the policies are: Engine Rolls Resuce Rolls If they house Ambulances then chuck the Ambulance to the rolling list. Engine is dispatched in case of a fire and in case they don't have enough manpower to man two vehicles. They'll still have the JAWS.
