  1. I've played for about 2 hours post patch and here's the conclusion i have come to Improvements I've noticed -I went from a 20 FPS average to about 35 -In non city areas i average 60 frames -Now much more playable Needs to still be fixed -When calling in new vehicles there is a short game freeze -When scrolling through cities the game micro stutters and frames drop. -during fires and car accidents frames drop -All around Micro stuttering -Vehicle movement much more drastic than in EM4(example, vehicles snapping to different angles instead of pivoting like in EM4)
  2. I agree with you 110 percent, I'm glad I'm not the only person to notice these problems. My friend and i were also having an issue where his vehicles were transparent on my screen and vice versa. Not having traffic completely nullifies the use of police to divert traffic, even if the traffic diverting is a bit broken. Same goes for rerouting pedestrians. I do however disagree with the amount of emergencies. I like a small amount of emergencies that i need to deal with, this allows me to set up roadblocks and whatnots. Some say thats RPing and it might well be. Either way in EM4 i was able to modify the amount of emergencies myself so i don't see that as a problem. Having a predefined amount of units is ridiculous, the system in Emergency 4 worked perfectly and made it very easy to mod. In this game im not able to choose who i want in my vehicles to as much of an extent in emergency 4 and i cannot save points to buy vehicles i feel im going to need. I fully agree with you on basically everything but minor things that can be personalized, i hope that in a few weeks time these issue are addressed as well as the performance issues.
  3. I agree with what Richards said,i have the same issues and concerns. My computer should not struggle to run this game at all.
  4. I Have a GTX 770 and 8gb of ram and i stil average about 20-25 frames. And i have an i7 2600 so i don't think these problems are hardware related. oh hi
  5. I'm having the same issue. With both the path finding and the frame rate. the game appears to be using 7 out of 8 gigs of my ram. Im running a gtx 770, i7 2600@3.4ghz. Im only able to run low graphics at around 40 frames with constant drops. For the path-finding i notice that vehicles jerk around way more than they used to in emergency 4. Like WAY more. the vehicle movement in short trips can sometimes be insane. The multiplayer seems to be on a 90 minute max timer which i'm sure can be easily fixed, also not all of the vehicles are available in multiplayer. The other players vehicles are transparent which i find extremely annoying as well. But my main issue is the frame rate. I see great potential with this game and i'm confident that they will be able to rectify this. I just have a hard time believing they didn't know about this issue beforehand. also the vehicle movement is another main issue.
  6. I played for about 20 minutes or so. From what i saw during that time im impressed. The only game breaking problem is performance, even on low i only get about 15-25 frames with 8gb of ram a gtx 770 and an i7 2600. hopefully this will be patched. Also another minor thing is the vehicle movement is extremely buggy at times but that's not really my main concern. The police have all of the mechanics i dreamed of but again, the performance is game breaking. I have full faith that this will be fixed. Or maybe the day 1 patch is not on steam yet. It could be already fixed. The amount of improvements is insane though.
