  1. Nope, damn it. EM4 used to always be on top so I automatically click the first "Modding related support" I can see - Any admin please move topic if needed. I shall go try your suggestion now, I use Gimp so would the second one work?
  2. Before I start - These are unpacked textures and yes I have tried converting them into .png's. Also note that the people do not appear white in-game. I did a search on keywords but if this has been asked before I do apologize, With personnel skins I am only able to see some of the picture, the rest is all white. How do I change these so I can see the full skin? I did try swapping RGBA values as well but that doesn't seem to be the problem. This is an Unpacked LA Mod Skin texture with the problem I am having, it is meant to be an LAPD Officer with a traffic vest- This is why I hate working with DDS files...
  3. Great that it is now working. I find re-installing works most of the time with a lot of problems. The actual application is *YourEM4Folder*/Em4.exe
  4. I think for windows 7 you have to do it on the actual application, not the shortcut.
  5. I have seen quite a few people ask what the different Fire Vests/Tabards/Bibs mean in the Weldfordshire mod so I have decided to make a guide to help people out. While I know the basic information, the rest is from the Incident Command Manual 2008 (Volume 2, 3rd Edition). This manual has been uploaded online by the UK Government for anyone to read so none of the information is "Secret". If you want to read the full document then use the link below. I have simplified the information given so it can be easily understood. Some bits have been adapted a little to fit with what is available in the mod.   7. You can set off the Turnout bell yes (If that is what you meant, I haven't used the computer in Brooklyn and I don't have it right now so I can't try it).
  8. Can I just check, have you tried running as Administrator? If that doesn't work, try re-installing.
  9. Everything appears to have loaded fine but that makes sense seeing that you can play for a few minutes before crashing. I can't see any errors anywhere that can help but if someone else takes a look they may find something I missed.
  10. Yup there are targets in the editor, I will strongly consider adding an training area to the Police Station! The Fire Station planned (And actually currently being made) is quite large and the grounds are complete with a whole training area. There will be a building with casualty dummys (Some doors have to be breached as well), an RTC area, training tower and fire area. Soon I will post all the units stationed here as well
  11. The wheels came with the model and the texture shows that it has come from a photo but yeah I agree, very flashy I'll make them smaller though. While I was testing the new vehicles I decided to set up this small scene and I thought it looked pretty nice TFU help out at a training session for the TSG.
  12. Kent do not use Blue or Orange hazard lighting on their Forensic vehicles so no, it won't be added. Love the Audi TACRfan

  16. I don't own EM5 so I don't know the location. If there is no Keybindings menu in the actual game then just search around the files.
  17. I may make it so these vans can tow vehicles but there will also be a flatbed truck (Misc company or AA).
  18. Thank you I doubt this mod would have ever picked up without everyone's support, I procrastinate all the time but when I see all of your uplifting comments it really pushes me to do some more work. Thank you, it's a pleasure having you helping out as well! Amazing work as always
