I don't think its back considering the last post was in december

I think they did this in the US Army Modification. 

I get an error message saying that it can't find emergency 4. I can figure out how to fix it

I download it and i  can't get  it to merge into the mod folder . does anyone know how to move it to the mod folder. It thinks that this mod is any entire different application.

Finally have reached all permissions I need granted!!!! The mod is 98% complete and the other 2% is lighting on a few vechials! I'm looking for a release Friday April 17th 5:00pm eastern time, now when released all bugs will be reported to the Facebook page, and be advised version 2 of methuen will be worked on right after version 1 is released version 2 will have all new vechials and possibly the map changed or changed around!
