The Caprice was originally made by Hoppah. Rihis just made an LAPD Version. @rexon59: Your reskins will just have to be for private use until you get permission from Hoppah (which you probably won't).

You CAN'T put download links in without his permission.

You don't open a .rar or .zip with Internet Explorer or Firefox. Download WinRAR and then try opening the file.

Nice I don't think Hoppah will give you permission to release them because they are just reskins and they have nothing to do with LA.
