New lights. Now using Narco's coronas because they are f*ckin' sexy. Possible redo of the AMR ambulance, I don't like the way I had the lights. And BTW, the ambulance lights should be at 33%

Mine used to be the same way. After I got a much better laptop it was there.

Honestly I do not know. I myself use Bandicam for videos and the free version of Fraps for pictures. Perhaps try running as admin?

On the first page, where there is the picture of the 3 police cats, there is a black Crown Victoria with an old-style beacon on top. On the side of this magnificent looking vehicle there is a thing that looks like a spotlight, but is red and looks older. I am wondering what this does and what purpose it serves. Thank you.
