  1. ALL you have to say is "Oh I am sorry forum moderator, thank you for clearing this up". Not what you just said...
  2. Awesome! That is what I was hoping and I knew you guys must've had it covered.
  3. Just thought you guys might want to see this in terms of NWPD. Awesome video! And the first Code 3 of them I think. As you can see, the Traffic Advisor does NOT come on when Code 3 lighting is active (pursuit mode) the TA has to be put on seperately. It would be interesting to see that represented with the virtual one you guys are making.
  4. Here in Burnaby we dispatch around 3 engines, rescue, and command. For any 1st alarm report of building fire. For general alarms ringing it's usually 2-3 engines.
  5. In Burnaby when the Fire Crews arrive for a small call such as a medical emerg. they shut their lights down and leave directionals (ambers) on. Mod is looking spectacular (as always) so far! P.S I love BF2's Project Reality!
  6. Found out which sirens the BC Sheriff Service uses. Sounds like a PA300 to me. A very rare video.
  7. Alright, might I suggest in 3.0.0 you allow automatic sirens? Like I said, micromanaging is a pain especially when you have 2 calls at once! Thank you. And I LOVE the mod by the way, the lights are so realistic and amazing.
  8. Guess I'll play 1.0.0, is there any way to maybe transfer the cars to 1.0.0? Or bring the old siren scripts to 2.0.0? Something that I could do quickly?
  9. Awesome mod! Just one problem ONLY I have with this mod... It's micromanaging... In the old version, if you click anywhere on the map, sirens and lights automatically turn on and go for you. Now, in 2.0.0, I'm forced to micromanage every unit that is responding and turn on sirens for every unit individually. It's VERRYYYY annoying and I HATE to micromanaga ESPECIALLY on this game where so much is going on! Also I see you guys removed the NYPD ambient real sounding sirens (from youtube videos), I like those ones, it sounded so realistic. Please fix this, until then I think I'm going to play 1.0.0, unless there is a way to fix this quickly without a full release? Maybe I could transfer some files from 1.0.0 over here? Is there a way to do that? Other than that, I'm amazed at the lighting on these vehicles, incredible!
  10. Wow! Cool! Is that picture the interior of a VPD Taurus? If it is, it seems as they are switching to the Whelen CenCom GOLD siren.
  11. Guys, stop, you're both being ridiculous. Antia, you're finished okay? He doesn't want your services so just stop posting and getting into arguments for nothing. Obviously he said ONE of those teenagers, not A teenager (saying all of them are stupid). If you have nothing productive to say, don't say it, both of you, anyone, it's annoying. Just post positive things about the mod, or some criticism (I'm sure it's welcome and appreciated within reason). Awesome job on the Fire trucks. Is there a full list of everything that is planned to be released? Like: POLICE: Burnaby RCMP Slicktop *MARKED* (Ford Crown Victoria) Surrey RCMP General Duty *MARKED* (Ford Crown Victoria) BCAS: Chevrolet Demers Fire/Rescue: VFRS Engine 8 Burnaby FD Engine 5 ETC, ETC... Obviously there is WAY more units than what I posted, but maybe a list should be made on the first page to demonstrate the sheer amount of stuff into this mod!
  12. Will Vancouver Police have the Tomar Siren? They use that, not any of the sirens you mentioned in the police section :/. BCAS Supervisors also use the Tomar 940.
  13. Question: I know you guys plan to give each Police Service their own real to life siren. Will you give each Fire Department their own realistic siren? For example, Burnaby (where I live) rarely uses electronic sirens, they almost always use a good old Q siren. Vancouver FRS uses Electronic sirens ONLY. Will each emergency service have their own siren? How will this work?
  14. Personally I like the new BC Sheriff scheme. However, I think that the one we have now is the one that is most commonly seen. It's going to take awhile for the new scheme to fully come out.
  15. UPDATE: I believe that they switched trucks or something. The Engine 5 rotators are HALOGEN, not LED. BFD is always switching their trucks around and stuff. So your model is accurate, as always. It's just the two rotators look a little too bubbly to me. Epic work, sorry for the huge post!
  16. dkfhsadghadkghk, MOTHER OF GOD... AMAZING. Sorry, had a seizure from all of the awesomeness. That's incredible, just like the real thing. The only thing I'd change is the two rotators in the rear. The real ones are a little more boxy. Here's some of my photos of Engine 5. And I'll show you one of the rear lights, they seem too tall and round to me. http://www.flickr.co...in/photostream/ FRONT http://www.flickr.co...in/photostream/ LADDER 5, SAME REAR ROTATORS http://www.flickr.co...in/photostream/ ENGINE 5, REAR Sorry for the distancing, best photos I could've taken. I'll try to find one of my youtube vids... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g1FP-tSlRJE&feature=plcp (Not my video)They do in fact light up like LED's, however I think LADDER 4 has halogen rotators. Not 100% sure, but there they are. Maybe I'm just being a perfectionist but that's amazing, honestly.
  17. Weooo! I love my fire department! Awesome tower dude! Looks amazing! Can't wait to see the Surrey decals on it.
  18. That's awkward, should be in the original post now, LOL. Some of them have strobes, some LED's. But PMPD uses strobes inside the grill, along with intersection clearers that alternate between red/blue (each individual LED). Also, based on personal encounters and videos, I've figured out what dept. uses what siren... At least I think so: RCMP: Whelen CenCom Gold, Federal Signal Smart Siren 2000, Federal Signal PA300 (rare), General Electronics Intimidator (O.P.P Siren) *rare* Vancouver Police: Old Whelens (rare), Tomar 940 West Vancouver Police: Unknown, most likely a Code 3 Mastercom New Westminster Police: Code 3 Mastercom Port Moody Police: This has really evaded me, there are no videos of a PMPD car code 3, and I've never heard their siren. I've only seen the picture on their website of an in car picture... See here and decide, my best guess is a Federal Signal Touchmaster Delta http://portmoodypolice.ca/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=18&Itemid=30 Delta Police: Unsure... Sorry don't visit Delta much. Transit Police: Definately a Federal Signal Smart Siren, got a tour of their HQ and went in the car for a small 30 minute drive around New West. Abbotsford Police: Code 3 Mastercom, Federal Signal Smart Sirens (Code 3 Mastercoms are much more common).
  19. Oh, also, they have the exact same grill lighting as the New West PS. I compared what I could remember of the Port Moody Police CV with lights, to this video (see marked crown vic rolling by camera at at 0:03).
