I'm the creator of the Montana Mod for Emergency 4 (aka 911: First Responders). It includes many new models, textures, aesthetic changes, and scripts. It also includes a brand new map, which features a re-imagined version of the real life town of Monida Pass in the USA.

Montana Mod is currently in-progress with an expected release date around 2023.

Over my years on the forum I have accumulated knowledge from practice and the help of forum leaders and members. With that help I taught myself how to create a functional modification, and I encourage others to do the same and foster their creativity.
