The alarm constantly ringing is a bug I've come across that occurs when you do certain things. If I pause the game whilst it's ringing, the alarm will sound constantly even though, as you say, the button is 'off'. - The OC-D

Paracetamol needs to enter the blood stream to be effective, as Entonox said, caffeine is a stimulant that will increase heart rate. It won't magnify the effects of the paracetamol but it will work quicker. Also, make sure you're checking for contra-indications for paracetamol before giving it. - The OC-D

The reason it is classified as a terrorist attack is because of the political motives of the attacker and the attacked. Both have been shot by armed police, which shall make my dissertation interesting. Woah! Didn't need an argument about battenberg! I love the green and the yellow, I like the tiger stripe and chevroned back. If you see my comments in the emergency vehicle picture group, I mention how sad I am that finally the Met has given way to full battenberg on all cars. For this vehicle's livery I (personally) reckon if the brown bit was blue or red or a different shade of green, it would look nicer and a bit more 'ambulance', probably because brown is underused on emergency vehicles, and therefore looks unfamiliar.
