You could try the New York mod, but there are no famous landmarks. Just a really fun freeplay map.

Are there going to be any future patches for single player? The only thing I notice at the beginning is that there are always a line of people blocking a road witch causes traffic to get backed up before police can arrive. And another problem I keep having is ladder 1 will get stuck near the bay doors when trying to park at station one. If this stuff was fixed the single player mode would make great training for the multiplayer.

hey todd... haha yeah.... u did that map for me remember? You were helping me with my mod a good 6 months ago, and got me the wdc fire map for google and helped me figure it out haha and i will work on it after saturday morning... that is next available time... someone is doing skins of pd, and we will post pics of progress shortly..

I used to have an entire station map on google earth. but progress was going no where so I deleted it. People looking for a DC mod tend to want the stations buy the capital, and white house and stuff. Good luck!

I see both sides, but in the end, I believe from what you have shown us, that it is time to release the mod.

The videos are nice, but in the end we just want to play the game, not watch somebody else play.

This is only my opinion, however, I think that you guys are starting to travel down the same road as the original NY Mod (The one that has not been released). We are seeing a lot of great things, but we are playing nothing. It's frusterating as a fan. In the end, I visit here less and less, and post less and less, because the end result is the same. You guys have tried to keep us informed and interested. However, I'm only interested in playing the game. I could care less about fan art, weeks of awesome, or an hour long video watching someone else play. I don't need tutorial videos. I can figure most of that stuff out on my own. I would very much like to play your mod, and give you great feedback about something that you have spent a lot of time and energy working on. Hopefully very soon, I will be able to do that.

Please don't be offended by my remarks. As a firefighter, I certainly like to look at pictures of fires. But I would much rather fight fires myself. This mod is along the same lines. At this point, my only interest is in playing your mod. Please understand that many others here probably feel the same way.

A real fan of this topic wouldn't care if the mod was released today or a year from now. They have been generous enough to show sneak peaks, gameplay footage, along with countless updates and all you so called "fans" can do is complain. Once again, really sad guys.. Show these creators a little respect eh?

Okay I have bitten my tongue long enough. You guys are toying with us (in my personal opinion) a week ago you post that the mod may be releast in a week to a few days. Then you seem to have come out with this poster thing. And now you want 400 likes on Facebook so that way you can "announce" when the week you guys are going to release the mod will be (subject to change of course)

So when does it actually stop, because I believe and I will have to do some reasearch here but it can almost probably be labeled as emotional abuse.

You guys get everyone hype up that its about to come out and then it is a let down because you guys have lives. And I am not blaming you for having one.

It is just starting to get really frustrating as a gamer to being let down all the time.

They have actual lives unlike you I see haha. There is more to life then waiting for a mod lol. A lot of people are waiting for the release but they do not whine about it like you do man. Kinda sad dude..
