Well i think it can compare with Project Reality Lights but only over ride CV_EMS or u can download this With Additional Units Submod so you don't over ride CV_EMS

maybe i can make cv EMS LED lightbar but after my vacations 30/3 to 3/4 or 4/4 then i will start replace the old EMS to new CV EMS Led lightbar or dodge changer EMS ARJENT lightbar

the lightbar is from Dodge Changer CHP and the Ford CV CHP is using vector lightbar not LED lightbar.

If you can you could make the SWAT cars spawn at LAPD. As far as I know they have the same HQ IRL?

You can go to the Editor and change SWAT spawn same as LAPD spawn.

SS SUV only got 3 command Start Convoy[VIP Escort Mission 28],Stop Convoy[VIP Escort Mission 28] and Exit Car so SS SUV is not allow to use in Freeplay map.I recommends u use FBI SUV don't edit the SS SUV or u get problem in the Mission or Freeplay map.

US national guard hmmwv is for riding in the city not going for war so it dont need M2 50. Cal MG or M136 Mini gun on it.

I get the same problem, don't think it work on W7, even in compatibility mode. Try and right click the file then click 'select' this MIGHT work since it did for me but only worked a few times.
