The new Secret Service vs. the FBI are not very comprable at all, the Secret Service as you can tell love the christmas tree effect on their vehicles since they are all about show it makes sense... Chances are the FBI SUV in the game will have a relatively simple lighting pattern since the FBI is not known for going bezerk on their unmarked units like some other agencies. The DHS truck really isnt of much help since as you can tell from the picture it is a very discreet truck designed to somewhat blend. In all honesty the US Secret Service Presidential Motorcade Division is not the ideal "example" of federal lighting since they are in no way going for discretion in their activities when they are doing their motorcade duties.

As Mikey correctly stated, both LAPD and LASD have purchased and deploy TASERS along with other "Less-Lethal" tools. They both also have very strict guidelines and protocols for deploying them due to the obvious risks and dangers involved.

you take toothpatse, get some tissue and smear it all over the cd, then get more, and start to wipe it off, get another clean sheet, and continue until you can't wipe any more off, then get a damp cloth and wipe the CD, then dry, and there you go! CD fixes, If not, PM And I can try to help anyway possible

Download the Config File in the download section-it fixed my promblem.

I downloaded the Em4 Config File and it works.

However one question, i accidentally deleted my Em4 Desktop Icon and it's not in the trash.

It's not in the Start aswell, and when i tried to drag the Em4 icon from Em4 folder, it won't allow me.
