I decided to add the other (black &white) retro cv and I must say I'm pretty happy how it came out .Here's some pics.....

still working on the lights but the skinning is all done,so maybe sometime in the coming week ahead it will be out...

presently doing the lights on the units and putting them all together in the game,will be playing it soon....VPD re-done

Thanks,but in BRITISH COLUMBIA(AS THE POST SAYS IN THE FIRST PAGE),all general duty RCMP police cars are white.The blue is for the retro cv only(which I still have yet to see in person).ALL colors are 100 % accurate,the only black police car in the lower mainland is the abbotsford police.There are 2 types of retros,the blue and the black and white... look a blue one...I guess you don't see that everyday.

I re-did all the cv's in the base lamod to the 100% better NNICO version...when you park the original cv beside a charger or another unit it looks so much outta place(lol) just got the VPD to re-do and some fireman skins and I'll be close to completion.Here's a shot of the much improved cv's

When I'm done,yes anybody who wants to play it can download it....thanks for the website squamishfire,that would have been much better at the beginning(lol) but still good for any future skin tweaks...had some pc issues and had to start over so it'll be a day or so before I get back to skinning the remainders.

Thanks squamishfire, yes I will try to get the uniforms as close to real as possible(paramedics will not wear fire gear) and I will try to do RCMP and VPD

Did a marked VPD charger,although I couldn't find a pic of one(just umpc in Vancouver) so I just copied how the cv style is and it turned out good.

Here's all I've done so far...just a few units left then I'll re-skin some personnel

RCMP Air 1 is complete...

Engine 8 and Engine 12 are complete...

Thanks squamishfire,until I learn to model which will be the next step,I can only skin the types of models available.I think there are no chevy box types,but if there is and you can find it...I'll gladly skin one.I think the ones I did are similar except for the new vintage one which is a pre 2000 ambulance.

Yes,I also liked yellow cause it's more unique.I'll mix the red into 2 of the engines and the ladder,the rest will be the greenish yellow.

On another note I did the vintage ambulance today and boy am I glad these are done(takes alot of adjusting too line up the stripes to the roof) and I also turned the umpc charger into a slicktop...

Seeking input....what color do you guys prefer?I like them both and can't decide...

That was my first go at the blue stripe,it was too blue...Finished the Vpd,did the slicktop.

Just wanted to see what they looked like not on a green and black grid...yes I think I will re-do the people too,but that will be last.Just finished the marked Rcmp charger in white and boy it looks so good I might have to make the black unmarked a white slicktop charger...I'll throw a photo on here a bit later in an edit.

EDIT-new VPD cv,new RCMP charger,new RCMP van(still touching up vpd cv and may add a vpd slicktop as I don't need 2 rcmp ones...

a little in game shot...each vehicle is a different unit so as you can see I've pretty much skinned the entire la mod police force.

I've done just the 3 pictured so far...might get 4 or 5 done this weekend if all goes well.Did the impala and an rcmp paddy wagon today so just the helicopter is left in the police re-skins.Ambulances are all done except for the big rescue ambulance but I'm gonna include that in the fire part as there was a sweet rescue unit in the link you sent.Slowly nearing completion(can"t wait to play it)I'll post pics as I complete more units....

Just 2 units left in police,gonna turn helicopter into rcmp air one and a VPD cv.Then just a few fire units and maybe a few tech units(mundies or busters)

here's a better example of the dual colors I plan to use... the skin on the engine was messed up a little but it's being fixed,just to give you an idea what the units will look like.

re-did both ambulances ones a paramedic and the others an advanced life support unit,also the tahoe and charger....helicopter will follow soon.
