There is a big difference of the NY mod and the LA Mod New York Submod. The NY Mod is a way longer process made from scratch, where the NY submod had a ground base before starting. They can't get compared. Both are good in specific ways

Would you rather have a version of the mod with a lot of bugs and not much in it, or a bug free version with a lot of new vehicles etc.?

I'd rather see em release a pretty stable version maybe not lots and lots of new vehicles but some. Then with each patch just keep adding. Keeps everyone happy and looking forward to more while not having to wait and wait and wait.
