    In all honesty, you dont need the installer. Just to be shown how to add the files manually which isnt hard. As for the editor, first try to find it by typing in 'editor' in the search for programs in the start icon at the bottom left of your screen(Unless you moved it).

    Yes I am. And Im sorry for not getting to you sooner. I never saw anyone had posted on here. As for the HES, thats already been painted and lighted. The LES still have to have a fictional paint and lights added.

    Here's mine Its based off a small city in Ohio. Except this is a fictional paint for the police chief of Ravenna. Its pretty plain and basic. -Marshall

    Your welcome! I do plan on realeasing soon, but I noticed a lot of stuff still has to worked on. I want to fix as many bugs as I can. Also, I may not be able to release for a very long time due to the lack of permissions from model creators.But a lot of progress has been made so far.

    No those are just for adding the vehicles to the game and for the extra information like the vehicle prices and personal. Edit: Sorry, I was thinking of something else.

    I didnt have this problem when I played on my old computer with vista. But it seemed to happen now on Windows 7.

    I have no idea why this is happening. I get a blank icon on the bottom right as well when I select the vehicle. If anyone can help, it'd be much appreciated.

    The numbers for the units folder: example 150hes. The numbers change the order. Just raise or lower them to however you please.

    In your folder find the INFOfile labeled e4mod. Open that up in a word editor and rename: <mod name="XXXXXXXX" The name you rename your modification will be what shows up when you open up the editor to open the mod.
