Can I use the GTA Police mods vehicles and pass them to the Em4?

And if I can how to do it?

The models are there but the problem is that, when you start playing appears the Ukrainian units and not the Portuguese...

I have downloaded Portuguese Mod 2011 edition and it`s a sub mod of Ukraine mod.

When I went to play it appears the Ukraine units and not the Portuguese.

At the Favolasswat88 forum (the creator of the Mod), it says I have to delete the files (desktop.ini e thumbs.db ) that are inside of the Ukraine mod folder, but I can`t find them!
