I have a couple ideas for vanilla EM4:DELUXE but i'm not sure how to implement them.

I use the Steam version of EMERGENCY 4 DELUXE. How do I get the .e4mod file instead of getting the "Setup cannot find a valid installation of Emergency 4 or 911:First Responders and is unable to find a location to install the mod! Press OK to continue the setup."? It's sorta annoying... can someone help me?
