  1. I don't understand why there's even a need for an installer. Just extract the files into your mod folder and that's it.
  2. The problem is that as soon as you move the pedestrian, another one takes its place and gets blocked. It is an issue with them not moving because a vehicle is approaching or danger. If there was a way to reduce pedestrian traffic on the map or reset it, at least I'd be able to play the mod/
  3. Either way, it seems that after some time that instead of moving for vehicles, pedestrians forget to move out of the way and instead stand still, thus causing blocks. This is an issue with the mod, not the game. I believe it's because the mod populates the map with too many pedestrians.
  4. You're in Belgium. Why would you have the American version?
  5. Seems to be with the 911 FR version only.
  6. As an Auxiliary in a neighboring county outside of NY, don't bother adding it. While we do a great many things in RL, we'd have nothing special to add to the mod. As for Highway Patrol, they look like this:
  7. The extinguisher doesn't need to come back. NYPD isn't in the business of putting out fires. Also, it made things too easy.
  8. Yeah, it was quite weird seeing all white Traffic Agents, considering I've never seen a white TEA. Highway needs their big leather jackets and boots too. Eventually I guess.
  9. Technically, NYPD doesn't use spike strips anyways, so just use the Heli for realistic purposes. Right now I just leave the REP Truck parked on the side of the precinct by the train tracks. It looks good there anyways.
  10. I agree. This mod would be a 10/10 and would blow away LA mod or any other mod I played if I could play it functionally for more than 10 minutes.
  11. In response to the models with hats, the traffic agents have them. It probably wouldn't take much work since they already exist on a model. I agree that making the REP truck patrol might make things too easy as well. Thanks for addressing my previous post.
  12. I agree somewhat. The pursuit/arrest command sometimes made things too easy. It would be better if it was just pursue and not an automatic arrest, to make things more challenging. I miss being able to call for backup too. This is just version one though. Some other things: Traffic Agents (Not Officers) do not carry guns. Their cars also don't have sirens and they wear light blue shirts. They are not Police Officers. Hats! NYPD PO's need 'em. The Bat Chief and EMS Command seem useless. Then again it is V1 so you probably didn't add functionality for them yet. Hopefully you give us a Police Supervisor. It would be nice if the PD was similar to the Fire Department in terms of vehicle parking (IE, cars parked in front of the precinct, and you can call officers out of the precinct to go into the parked cars) REP trucks should be able to patrol. That is their entire purpose. I'll think of more later.
  13. Yeah, it's only version 1 so I don't really care so much. For V1 is it pretty good, and you did include DCU so props for that! Over time, this may overtake the LA mod.
  14. If there is any technical details you need help with (on the NYPD side) let me know. I hope you put this in: (DCU: Disorder Control Unit, or the riot police in other words) Downloading it now. Looking forward to playing it.
