Eazyili Posted December 23, 2009 Report Share Posted December 23, 2009 Look in your start menu, programs, to "Sixteentons Entertainment" or "WizardWorks" and in that list you will find de editor from which you can edit maps etc. It is already with the game. In the Emergency4/Mods\Los Angeles Mod v2.0\Specs folder you can find the file freeplayparameters.xml.
