Alright.

1.) Lights; I've seen a ton of reskins, and they all have specific lights to resemble their related cities. Now, what I want to know is HOW? I've read the tut on "rotating blue lights" but those are for UK, NL units, not really US units. I need to know (if there is) if there is a tut on redoing lights. If not, then I need someone to explain (in detail), how to go about doing this. In other words, if you don't know anything don't post.

2.) Units: I've seen this so many times but I can't find it, wheres the url for the "replace the hazmat unit" with a light equipment truck.

Edit: I found the URL, but this doesn't help me to much. Where do I go to replace the Hazmat truck with the L.E.V truck.

3.) I'll probably get killed, but. How the hell do you do reskins. Is there a tut for it? If not someone wanna explain how it's done (I'm new to this so explain in depth).
