I like to use LA mod stuffs, like siren buttons, shields etc. BUT:1. I dont have no id how to do those cars/persons So, could someone help me with that? Or does someone know who can help? Basically you need a program to convert the .dds files and a program like photoshop. Hoppah's files need unlocking as well and there is a topic that tells you how to do that.
