e4p converting

I've got a question.

How can i convert something to .e4p?

you can't convert it

a .e4p file is everything what you edit on a vehicle or object

so if i make lights on a ambulance and i give you the skin, v3o and .e4p than you have less work because you only need to add it in the prototypes file(tell me if i'm wrong)

so if you create a new vehicle than you press New

than you make an .e4p file which you need to locate in the prototype file

and if you than place my file with the same name it will replace it and than you'll have IF it is good teh same file as 1 had

What would you want to convert to .e4p?

.e4p files are the games 'prototype' file. Everything about the unit is stored in the file, vehicle lights, traits, commands etc... You can not convert to that format how ever you can create a new .e4p file by selecting 'New' under the vehicle tab (or any other). Hope this clears it up.
