Guest bugmehnot Posted August 7, 2009 Report Share Posted August 7, 2009 I had Emergency 4 Deluxe before and it worked perfectlly, I uninstalled it to clean my computer then I installed it again and it crashes to the desktop once I click the ICON and it shows a screen with a white frame on the top and left hand side and crashes with no error message. When the scan is done save the results and upload them here on the forum. The logfile is located in the EM4 deluxe main folder (logfile.txt).
