MikeyPI Posted June 25, 2009 Report Share Posted June 25, 2009 Your pivot is probrably in the body (the axis location)See Attatched Picture:Orangish Line> How you align the axis to the vehicle, use the wheel for the vehicle as a gauge as to where it should sit in relation to the road/ground.Green Circle> Where the axis belongs.Pink Circle> Probrably where your axis currently is.Edit>Picture Removed: Don't like to leave attatchments laying around. MikeyPI Posted June 25, 2009 Report Share Posted June 25, 2009 Try Display>Local Axes>Reset to World (click on model)save/export model, if that doesnt do it, reset to parent... Generally I do both before I center the axis just in case one of them is incorrect... sometimes that will cause a vehicle to not move correctly. MikeyPI Posted June 25, 2009 Report Share Posted June 25, 2009 Like I said, your pivot is off, your using Z2 which has the pivot axis point as an L instead of an X... What you need to do is to Display> Local Axis>Reset to Parent..That should put the pivot in the center of the vehicle, then turn on selected mode (it's at the bottom of Z2)go into vertice mode for editing, and select all vertices of the truck and move the vehicle up in vertice mode until the _ portion of the L shape is about where the wheel would be in the game, this should resolve your problem.See the Circled Pink areas for where your pivot currently is on your vehicle.
