Crash to Desktop

Recommended Posts

Breifly: The game worked fine after purchusing off of Direct 2 Drive (No CD,) until a week and a half into playing, where it began to crash to desktop after a black screen, like some people have mentioned. I reverted computer settings to a week before, and the game played fine, and after a while, it happend again. I kept reverting to keep playing the game, but missed the last save point on the computer, so now i'm stuck with the crash to desktop. If it helps at all, Emergency 3 ALSO crashes, but had worked before. As far as I know, no settings have changed.

I think it has to do with your screen settings. You can check in your configuration file (see the technical help FAQ if you want to know where to find it) and check if your screen mode is still set at the standard values.
