sirens and equipement sounds not work on my mod

Hello ! Nick' reporting ! 

When i try use the sirens on my personal mod the sirens dont work ! not a script problem but just hen i clic on the button nothing happens and when my crews use an equipment (extinguisher, jaw of life, chainsaw, defibrilator, etc.....) they're no equipment sounds

I precise its a custom sirens and sounds but i taking care to downloadd it in .wav so normally no problem

The game accept only 16 bit pcm wav format, anything else won't play.
